How to Add GoldSilver Rate Live Widget to Your Android Phone
Track 24K and 22K gold rates and silver kg prices for your city right on your Android home screen with real-time Glance synchronization.
Install the GoldSilver Rate Android App
Make sure the GoldSilver Rate application is installed on your Android device (Android 8.0 Oreo up to Android 15). If building or testing locally, install the production debug APK:
Or transfer the APK file to your phone storage and tap to install (enable "Install unknown apps" if prompted).
Long-Press on Any Empty Home Screen Space
Go to your Android home screen where you want the live bullion widget to appear. Touch and hold your finger on an empty area for 1 second until the home screen customization menu appears.
Tap "Widgets" & Locate GoldSilver Rate
In the bottom menu, tap Widgets (विजेट्स). Scroll down through your alphabetical apps list until you see GoldSilver Rate (or use the widget search bar at the top).
You will see the GoldSilver Rate Live Bullion widget preview displaying real-time 24K, 22K gold and silver quotes.
Drag to Screen & Customize Size
Touch and hold the GoldSilver Rate widget, then drag it to your desired position on the home screen.
- Resizeable Glance Layout: Long-press the placed widget and pull the edge handles to expand it horizontally or vertically.
- 1-Tap Refresh: Tap the refresh icon on the widget to trigger an immediate live recalculation from our Vercel bullion engine.
- City Pinning: Open the app to set your primary city (e.g. Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bengaluru) and the widget will update automatically.
